With 2019 finally here, we took the time to create a checklist to help you get a head start on the new year. 

  • Schedule your next dental appointment for you and your family
  • Come in for a dental health check-up every 3-6 months
  •  Don’t forget to replace those toothbrushes for the new year. 
  •  Brush twice daily
  •  Floss daily
  • Choose healthier food choices
  • Drink more water
  • Limit your sugar and caffeine intake
  • Limit tobacco use
  •  Treat yourself to a tooth whitening kit. 
  • Smile often
